Participant information and privacy
A quote needs only a description of the job, so please keep participant details out of anything you send us.
Before you buy any software or AI tool, from us or from anyone, ask three questions: what information will it handle, where is that information kept, and who can see it? We answer those plainly before you decide. If any information would be processed outside Australia, we tell you first.
What it costs
- Software, AI tools, websites and audits: a fixed written quote, agreed before any work starts.
- Advice and consulting: $220 an hour inc GST.
- Videos: fixed prices from $149 including GST; a training video of up to 8 minutes is $275. The full list is on our AI avatar videos page.
This is work for your organisation, priced commercially and invoiced to the organisation.

Is aXai a registered NDIS provider?
Our NDIS registration is applied for, with the application in progress. The services on this page are sold to organisations at commercial prices, independent of registration.
Can a participant’s NDIS funding pay for this?
The services on this page are for provider organisations and are quoted commercially. If something is for one person and might be NDIS-funded, we look at the funding route separately, before any quote, and confirm it with you from the facts of the plan.
We are a small provider. Is this for us?
Yes. You can start with one hour of advice or one video, and decide after that whether to go further.
Do you build websites?
Yes. We build accessible websites and web software, and we can audit or improve the site you already have.
How long does it take?
