Ersher

In development

Any website, containerised from a URL

Ersher is a product we are developing. Give it a website address and it produces a containerised, runnable version of that site: something that can be run, inspected and worked on anywhere, with every step governed by the Decision Bus and the Project Layer.

The problem

A website is tied to wherever it was first built and hosted. Moving it, rebuilding it, testing a change safely or bringing it inside a governed delivery pipeline takes weeks of hand work, and the knowledge of how it fits together usually lives in one person's head. Every project that starts with "here is our site" starts with that untangling.

The same is true when work is shared across a team. People who are new to a site, or who work in different ways, do their best work from a copy they can run and explore, with a clear plan of what is to be done and a record of what has been approved.

What we are building

Ersher takes a URL and produces a self-contained, containerised version of the site behind it. That version runs on its own, so it can be examined, tested and changed without touching the original until the change is approved. The copy carries the site's pages, assets and configuration, so a developer can start from a working version instead of a guess.

It runs on two pieces of infrastructure we already use in production: the Decision Bus, where a person signs off every step that needs a human call, and the Project Layer, where the work is planned and tracked. Every action Ersher takes is recorded.

Where it fits

Ersher is planned as part of the AI-supported work pipeline: intake becomes "send us the address", and the people doing the work start from a running copy on day one. Every change to that copy goes through the same Bus, signed off by a person and on the record, so the client sees what was done and why.

What you can buy from this now

Today: website, AI and accessibility work delivered through the Decision Bus and Project Layer. Ersher is in development; bringing us a URL is the planned way a project starts.

Why aXai

aXai is a disability-led AI, software and accessibility company. We build AI systems, software, and concepts and prototypes ready to scale, and we deliver them through AI-supported work: skilled people with disability in real, properly paid roles, working to clear quality standards, with AI removing the barriers and people keeping the accountability.

Every project runs on our own infrastructure, the Decision Bus and Project Layer, so each step is planned, signed off by a person and on the record. That is our operating advantage. Read how it works.
