Prices and quotes
How much do videos cost?
Videos have fixed prices from $149 including GST. The full price list is on our AI avatar videos page.
What is your hourly rate?
Consulting and advice is $220 an hour inc GST.
How is everything else priced?
Software, AI tools, audits and other build work have a fixed written quote, agreed before any work starts. The quote sets out what is included, what you will receive and support after delivery.
Can we start with something small?
Yes. One video or one hour of advice is a simple way to find out whether we are the right fit.
How long will our job take?
Tell us your deadline when you get in touch. We confirm the timing in your quote.

What we do
What does aXai do?
aXai is a disability-led AI, software and accessibility company with a set of specialist services: custom software, AI consulting, AI avatar videos, AI avatars for websites, accessibility audits and AI mentoring.
Can we see examples of your work?
Our work page shows products we have built and run ourselves. For videos, you can ask for a sample made from your own material before you buy.
Do you work with organisations outside Victoria?
Yes. We work with organisations anywhere in Australia.
Who signs an accessibility audit report?
Every accessibility audit report is signed by our founder, who holds a Diploma of Access Consulting. Audits are done against WCAG 2.2.
NDIS
Is aXai a registered NDIS provider?
Our NDIS registration is applied for, with the application in progress. We will tell you what that means for you before you start.
Can NDIS funding pay for AI mentoring?
Pricing is published when the program opens; whether a plan can fund it is checked with you first. See AI mentoring.
Are your services for organisations or for individuals?
Both. Organisations get a commercial quote. If the work is for one person and might be NDIS-funded, we look at the funding route separately, before any quote.

Can you give us job numbers?
Yes, on request. If you need figures for a report or a tender, ask us and we will give you figures backed by our records.

Privacy
Is our information kept private?
Send us only material you are happy to share with staff or the public, and never private details about clients, participants or staff. If your information would be processed outside Australia, we tell you before you send anything.
Do you need access to our systems?
Only if the job calls for it, and only what you agree to. For an audit of a sign-in area, a test account with made-up details is enough.
