Accessible content and video

Content people understand, in the formats they need

When people need to understand a policy, a procedure, a service or a change, one format is rarely enough. We produce suites of content that say the same thing clearly in every format your people need: video, captions and transcript, an accessible written version, a short summary and a knowledge check.

Single videos have fixed prices from $149. A content suite has a fixed written quote, agreed before any work starts.

What a content suite includes

You choose the pieces you need. Most suites use several of these.

  • Source review

We read your policy, procedure or source material and tell you what is unclear, missing or contradictory before anything is produced.

  • Script

A plain-language script you approve. It becomes the single source for every other format, so they all agree.

  • Video

A presenter-led video in your branding, for induction, training, explainers or information for the people you serve.

  • Captions and transcript

Accurate captions on every video and a full transcript people can read, search or print.

  • Accessible written version

The same content as an accessible document or web page, with clear headings and everyday words, including Easy Read where it is needed.

  • Summary

A short version for people who need the main points now: the essentials in a few lines.

  • Knowledge check

A few plain questions that confirm someone has understood the content, for inductions and training records.

  • Delivery advice

Where to host it, how to share it, how to keep it current and how to make sure people can find it when they need it.

Video is one format in a suite

A video is often the piece people watch first, and we make good ones: induction and training videos at a fixed price, and AI avatar videos for explainers and information. The rest of the suite reaches the person who reads rather than listens, the person who needs to take it slowly, and the manager who needs to prove it was understood.

A suite closes those gaps. Because every format comes from one approved script, an update to the script can flow through to all of them, and your content stays consistent as procedures change.

Who asks for this

  • Providers who need staff inductions and training that every worker receives the same way.
  • Employers and site managers with contractor and visitor inductions to deliver and record.
  • Councils, health and community organisations explaining a service or a change to the public.
  • Organisations whose information must reach people with disability, in Easy Read and other accessible formats.
  • Teams that already have a policy nobody reads and need it turned into something people will use.

Sector pages: NDIS providers, aged care, construction and trades and not-for-profits.

What you can rely on

  • A source review that tells you what your material leaves uncovered, so the content is right before it is produced.
  • On request we review the exact content against the NDIS Practice Standards and state the scope of that review in writing.
  • Plain writing, tested with people where the project allows, and described as exactly that.
  • Ownership of the finished content, which you can update with us or without us.

Questions

Do we have to buy the whole suite?

You choose the pieces you need. Many organisations start with one video and add the written version, summary and knowledge check when they see the gap.

What does a content suite cost?

Single videos have fixed prices from $149, listed on our AI avatar videos page. A suite depends on the number of pieces and the source material, so it has a fixed written quote agreed before work starts.

Can you update content when our procedure changes?

Yes. Because every format comes from one approved script, an update is scoped once and flows through to the formats you have.

Can the content be in languages other than English?

Yes, for many languages. The cost depends on the language and the formats you need, and we tell you plainly in the quote.
