Questions
Is it all done by AI?
AI does the repetitive work: drafting the script, building scenes and captions, and rendering. A person checks the script, watches every finished video in full, and you approve the exact version before it is delivered.
Who is the presenter?
You choose: one of your own team (with their written consent), a licensed stock presenter, or an agreed aXai presenter. We never use a real person’s face or voice without their written consent.
Where is the video made?
We currently use HeyGen, a video platform that processes data outside Australia. We tell you this before you send material, and anyone whose likeness is used is told in their consent form.
What about privacy?
Send material that is meant to be shared: policies, service information, training content. Please don’t send private details about clients, participants or staff.
Can you update a video later?
Yes. When a policy or service changes, we update the affected scenes and give you a new version. Updates are quoted at the same rates.
Do I own the videos?
You can use the delivered videos for the purposes agreed in your quote. The quote sets out usage, and whether source files are included.
