AI tools and training videos for aged care providers

Training videos for care staff, information videos for residents and families, and practical help using AI safely in an aged care service.

Videos have fixed prices. Anything we build for you has a fixed written quote.

Training and induction videos for care staff

New people need the same clear start whichever shift they join. A video explains your policies and procedures the same way every time, and staff can watch it again on a phone when they need a reminder.

  • Welcome and induction for new care staff, agency staff and volunteers.
  • Your procedures explained one topic at a time, in short videos.
  • Refreshers when a procedure changes. We update just the parts that change.
  • Captions on every video. Easy Read versions and other languages on request.

The content is yours: the videos explain your policies in plain language, alongside your hands-on and accredited training.

Information for residents and families

Moving into care, or arranging care at home, comes with a lot of paperwork at a hard time. A short video can explain the things families ask most:

  • what to expect in the first week
  • who to talk to about care, meals, activities and fees
  • how to give feedback or make a complaint, and what happens next.

A familiar presenter can front the whole series, so it feels like it comes from your service.

AI help for aged care teams

If staff are already trying AI tools for notes, rosters and emails, that needs clear rules. We can help you write a short AI policy, decide which tools are approved, and work out which admin tasks AI can safely take time out of.

One rule to start with today: resident information does not go into any AI tool that your service has not approved for it.

We also build custom software and AI tools for providers. See AI consulting and software.
