Your procedures and the standards and guidance you work under, searchable in plain language, with the source shown and a route to the nurse in charge when a judgement is needed.
Incident and complaint administration
Incidents and complaints captured in the structure your process needs, categorised and tracked, with a first response drafted for a manager to edit and send.
