What it does
Answers from your knowledge only
It is given your pages and nothing else. It does not borrow from the open internet or from any other client.
Hands off to a person
It can give you a link to book a call, send a message to your team, and collect contact details to do so. When a person is needed, it says so.
Easy Read mode
Short lines, one idea each, when the visitor asks for it.
Consent before video
Text works immediately. The talking video starts only after the visitor says yes, and it can take a moment to connect.
Australian by default
If a crisis comes up, it gives Australian support numbers, never overseas ones.
Limits and logs
Rate limited, sessions end when the visitor closes it, and the conversation is not kept after the reply is sent.
