What the mark means
When an item carries this mark, it passed every check below, a person with disability reviewed it and put their name to it, and the record shows who and when.
1. Fixed checks first
Checks with a definite answer run before any AI is asked an opinion. They either pass or they fail.
- WCAG 2.2 AA automated rules: contrast, alt text, labels, heading order, language, focus order
- Every link on this site is checked before release
- Captions present on every video
- Australian spelling
- The pronunciation list applied, so names are said the way their owners say them
- For compliance content, the text matches the government source wording
2. The vision pass
A vision model looks at every screen and every video scene as rendered, for layout, legibility and the right visuals. Reading the code is not the same as seeing the result.
3. The walkthrough
An automated keyboard-only and screen-reader walkthrough of every page and every interaction. If it cannot be done without a mouse, it fails.
4. The final check
Other AI models check every final draft against the source and the brief. Then a person at aXai does the last check and signs. The signature is theirs.
On a fail
Nothing ships. The job goes back to the fixer, and the full pipeline runs again from the start. There is no partial pass.
The record
Every item’s record contains:
- the job ID
- the source documents and their versions
- every check run, with its result
- the model versions used
- the reviewer
- the date
The record is written by the Decision Bus, which checks every action before it happens and appends every decision to a log that cannot be edited after the fact. The Project Layer keeps the plan for the job beside it, so what was meant to happen sits next to what did.
Who may ask for it
The client or subscriber, for their own work. Email us with the job ID.
