One record, whichever AI tool you use
Organisations already use several AI tools. Governance only works if those tools can hand their decisions and documents to the same record, rather than each keeping its own. This is planned work: connections that let other AI tools reach the Decision Bus and the Document Layer through the Model Context Protocol, an open standard for connecting AI tools to systems.
What it would connect
The Decision Bus
The record of what was asked, what was shown, which checks ran and who decided. An outside tool’s actions would arrive at the same checks and land in the same log.
The Document Layer
The central store for the documents a piece of work depends on, where every change is replayable. A tool that writes a document would be writing into that history.
An open standard
The Model Context Protocol is published and implemented by several AI tools, so this is a matter of exposing what already exists rather than asking anyone to adopt something of ours.
What is true today
The systems aXai builds keep their decisions in the Decision Bus. If your organisation wants its other AI tools to share that one record, we would like to hear about it — start a conversation.
