What are AI credits?
AI credits represent the computational cost of generating panels and commentary. Each panel creation uses approximately 10-20 credits depending on complexity. Creator tier includes 100 credits/month (about 5-10 panels). Pro tier includes 500 credits/month (about 25-50 panels).
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds, but you keep access until the period ends.
What if I run out of AI credits?
You can purchase additional credit packs ($5 for 50 credits) or upgrade to Pro. Your existing content remains accessible regardless of credit balance.
Is there a free trial?
Reader access is always free. Creator and Pro tiers offer a 14-day free trial with full features and credits. No credit card required to start.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. We also support PayPal for annual subscriptions. Enterprise customers can request invoice billing.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or educators?
Yes! Registered nonprofits and educational institutions receive 50% off Creator and Pro tiers. Contact us with your organization details for verification.
