A large support team, and the person still deciding
A person with a large support team generates a constant stream of messages, reminders, observations and roster changes. When the team carries all of it by hand, the person at the centre is the last to be asked and the first to be overruled. AxelV1 routes the everyday events through policy-based automation while the person stays in charge.
How it holds the line
Events, not conversations
Appointments, roster changes, observations and reminders arrive as events and are handled by written policy, so the same situation is treated the same way on a Tuesday as on a Sunday.
Every decision can be overridden
The person at the centre, or someone they have authorised, can reverse any automated decision. The system extends their judgement and their team’s; it does not stand in for it.
New or complex goes to a person
Anything the policies do not cover escalates to a human rather than being guessed at. The harder judgement calls are referred to Savanax, which maps the competing views instead of averaging them.
What you can buy from it
Decision-support systems for care, support and case-management teams, designed around the preferences of the person at the centre. Start at a first conversation.
