We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in that State and courts of appeal from them.
